We have decided at preschool that we are going to accept that summer is over and enjoy the new discoveries of fall. We have had so much fun this week exploring the gifts from God that surround us. We loved our walk to the pond to find acorns and other treasures while we listened to and watched the leaves fall from the trees.
We have really started investigating water using the kits that Kelly and I received from our STEM class that we are taking. So messy and so fun!
We welcomed a new friend to our class and his name is Nile. It has been a blessing to watch the students accept and love on our new friend.
We started our letters with the letter Ss, which is a tricky one to make, but we all worked really hard. You can work on this letter at home and remember to make the sound when you are forming the letter.
Next week we will be working on the letters, O, A, J and H. :)
For snack on Tuesday, please pack an apple along with any other snack your child wants to bring. We are going to be charting the colors of the apples and discussing the different flavors. If you forget, I will have apples for them.
Picture Day will be on Wednesday.
Thank you again and again for the blessings you bring to our classroom each day. We love your children so very much and truly enjoy our time learning and growing with them.
