Snow Snow!

It has been a wild January and we are ready for a regular schedule.  We are so amazed by how well your children have been able to jump back in and be amazing students and friends.  We had an amazing week with all of them. ❤️

With the cold temperatures, it is very important to pack winter essentials for going outside.  When we are dressed properly, it’s amazing how we can stay warm when we let our bodies run around and play.  It is so important to get fresh air and sunshine, even if it’s for a very short time.  Please pack mittens that are waterproof, snow pants, winter coats, snow boots, hats, scarves, etc….anything that will help your child enjoy being outside.   😊  Thin cotton mittens or gloves do not work for real outdoor play.

We are enjoying a study all about snowflakes and weather right now and have been having a lot of fun.  Tomorrow we will see how long it takes for snow to melt when inside and see how clean that snow looks after it melts, which will hopefully help the children to realize that just because it looks clean, does not actually mean it is.  🤢

We are looking forward to a fun full week of preschool with all your sweet blessings that you so lovingly share with us each day.

Important Dates in February-

Valentines Day Party- February 14th(please have 19 Valentines to share with our class). When working on Valentine cards, please just have your child sign their own name and not who the Valentine is for.  It is so much easier when passing them out.  We will have a sign up sheet out as we get closer to the party.  Parents are welcome to come if they would like.

Your child may design a box for their cards or decorate a bag.  :)  Boxes should not arrive until the day of the party.  Thank you!

NO SCHOOL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT- February 15th and 19th

I am so sorry, but I can't get pictures to load.  I will keep working and let you know when it's updated.

See you all tomorrow!  :)
