Fall Fun!

We are truly enjoying all these sweet moments with your children as we celebrate God's gifts of the season.  Summer is my favorite, but the wonder of fall and the changes is something that is always magical for children.  We have been going for lots of walks around the pond, in the pasture and in the neighborhood to see the changes everywhere and the children are loving our little adventures together.  Being outside is their favorite and our favorite...we all thrive in the fresh air.

Everyone is doing an amazing job at recognizing their own names and the names of their friends during our morning group time.  It is so fun to have them shout out the name of a friend when I hold them up.  We are beyond proud of how well each and every one of these sweet children are doing.  Our hearts are full when we see them learning and they are all so excited about learning new things.  Friendships are forming and it truly is a beautiful thing to watch them love on one another, learn problem solving and all the skills needed to be in a full classroom.  I am so in love with their bonding and loving.  These students literally bring tears to our eyes as we watch them love one another.

We will continue some fall fun next week!

What you can do at home to help us out...

-Practice opening those stubborn snacks.  We teach "pinch pinch pull" on those granola bar wrappers and small bags of crackers.  We love seeing all the fresh fruit and veggies as well, and your children are devouring them!  :)  Snack time is such a great time for social skill development and learning about healthy eating.  Thank you for packing a snack for your child each day...they look forward to this time all morning long.  :)

Have an amazing weekend with your family!  I am off to a football game tonight and then a weekend of camping and dirt bike racing.  Ms. Kelly has homecoming for her daughter at Gilbert.  We love our teenagers, but man, they are busy.  Also, if you could please pray for a family in the Gilbert community, as a young man took his own life this week.  He was a senior in highschool and our hearts are heavy with the news.  Pray for God's children, as they are truly struggling in this crazy world.

Much Love,

Ms. Hollie and Ms. Kelly
