We had a great week together and are ready for more fun and learning! We finished our first cycle of learning the letters of the alphabet by studying the first letter in each of our classmate's names. This week we will work on the letters in the alphabet that make the letter sound when saying the letter. Example- Bb, Dd, Ff, Jj, etc. Keep practicing name writing at home. I love watching the excitement and confidence when your children start writing their names on their own. We continue to work on activities to build fine motor skills and our hands get stronger each day. :)
We had such a fun time running through the field next door and finding pumpkins. Thank you so very much to those of you who purchased a pumpkin for your child. This activity is always so much fun and such a great memory to have.

Halloween Party- October 31st (Wear a costume to school)
I will have a sign up sheet for treats, games and volunteers for our classroom party. Please no younger or older siblings at the party as it just gets too crowded. Thank you!
