Hello!
We have had a chilly week, which meant we spent most of our time inside. These kiddos always amaze us with their creativity when they have a cardboard box and construction paper or a set of blocks. It's amazing the way their imaginations are thriving along with learning important skills like teamwork, compromising, and sharing. There is no lack of learning happening at Ms. Hollie's - that's for sure!
We have been learning about the letters V & W. We have also been doing a really fun unit about mail, postage, letters, and the post office. This was inspired by the kids when they created a mailbox out of a cardboard box to write letters to the teachers. The kids have been LOVING this unit and there is a lot of mail being created, "sent" through the kids post office, and received at preschool. You can spend ask your kids about what they are learning in our mail unit and be on the lookout for a special delivery to your house soon.
