Always loving, learning and having SO MUCH FUN!

We had another great week with lots of learning about horses, playing outside and going on our first little hike away from the farm.  We had so much fun exploring together.  This week we learned more about the parts of a horse and how horses are measured and then we measured our friends using the same method.  We talked about how before we had rulers, we measured horses using our hands and that they are only measured to their withers(shoulders).  We compared how tall we are to our shoulders next to pictures of different breeds of horses that I posted on the wall.  All of our friends measure about the same as a Shetland pony.

On Thursday we started our second cycle of our alphabet knowledge and this cycle goes in alphabetical order. Tuesday will be the letter Bb.  REMINDER!!!!  NO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!

Have a blessed weekend and enjoy an extra day of fun as a family!
