First of all, THANK YOU to all the parents that helped with our Fall Party activities...your hard work made the party a huge success! I love having time to just be a part of the fun and not have to plan and organize the details. THANK YOU!
I recently received a grant to take my second STEM class and through this class, I was granted a HUGE supply of blocks, ramps and loose material to use with the ramps. I brought down the 5 crates of blocks and all the fun materials this week and the students are having a blast learning about gravity, force, motion, inclines, friction, etc. and our study is really taking off! We are excited to dive deeper into the study next week after a few days of observing the children and just letting them explore the materials. Eeeeek! I can hardly wait!
We are gearing up for all the fun that the holidays brings to our little classroom at The Big Red Barn and are even starting to think about our Christmas play, which is by far my favorite time of year with these sweet blessings! I will have a date set for that soon, so that you can get it on your calendars and tell your entire family to mark it down. :)
It has been a busy week and I know that the kiddos are tired. I pray that you all have a relaxing and blessed weekend with your family. Stay healthy and stay warm.
Hugs,
Hollie
