Fall Fun!

I could tell the garbage interest was coming to an end for most the students, so it ended up being a pretty short unit study.  We learned about sorting garbage, what can be recycled, how to compost, how to compact our garbage and how we can reuse so many things.  We built some pretty amazing things in our classroom using garbage.  

We are ready for a change and the voting results ending up with a fall study getting the most votes.  For the rest of October we will study all the beauty that God provides in the fall and how it all happens.  We will start the week off learning about chorophyll and doing some experiments to help us undertand the science behind the changes.  Our letter this wek will be F.  

Fall assessments are underway in our classroom, so if you hear your child talking about playing games with Ms. Hollie in the "office", you will know what they are talking about.   ;). I promise to make these painless and fun!
