So Excited!

I LOVE this time of year and am blessed to share in the joy of Christmas with a classroom of beautiful children who exemplify Christ's love.

We have been busy practicing our parts for our Christmas program and we are doing pretty good. We have a wiseman who says he is bringing "Frankenstein" instead of frankinsence as a gift for baby Jesus. I am sure Jesus would love a little Frankenstein, don't you?

This week, we will continue to learn about Mary's obedience to God and the beautiful journey she takes to give birth to our Savior. The letter U will be practiced this week and we will work on story recall and sequencing.

Remember to bring in your money for the Wishing Tree. If you are able, you can certainly bring more than $5.00. The family we will be blessing, has four children!

Our cookie decorating party will be on December 11th. If you are attending this event, you are welcome to join us right away and we will get started decorating after we get finished with our morning meeting. We are looking forward to lots of giggles and sprinkles! The cookies that we decorate will be perfect to give to a neighbor or friend to wish them a Merry Christmas.

Our program is set for December 19th and our last day of preschool will be on the 18th. Preschool will start back up on January 5th.

BABY NEWS! Bethany Geiken(Isaiah's mom) had a beautiful baby girl last night. Pray for rest and health for the family.

Have a blessed weekend.
